We serve in the light of ilm-e-Jafar so all of our natural gems have been provided by ( Burj and Zaicha ). Your order will contain the perfect weight according to the wearer detail provided. Your order will also contain the optimal recommendation of wearing within the order package.
In case, if you want specific/max weightage of the product, please mention that in the order notes section during your order placement. We will be more than happy to fulfill that.
Order Confirmation
We confirm all the orders we receive. After you have successfully placed an order, expect a call from us from our official Mehrban Stones number (0304 111 99 49). Be aware that after 3 unsuccessful attempts your order will be marked as canceled.
In case if you wish to order contactless delivery, then please mention that in the order notes, and we will happy to follow contactless delivery.
International Order Confirmation
We confirm all the orders we receive. Be aware that if we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be marked as canceled. Please also be aware that in case of non-payment in advance, your order will also be marked as canceled.

Delivery in Pakistan
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery partner TCS Courier Company within 3 working days.
Delivery out Of Pakistan
International deliveries are made after the order payment has been made and confirmed. International orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner DHL Courier Service. The delivery of these orders takes between 3 to 7 working days.

Returns / Refund
We offer you 48 hours Peace of Mind Guarantee on all of our products. But if you wish to exchange or refund your order. Please contact us on our official contacts.
To qualify for refunds, the products in your order must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box and report papers.
Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back. In-case of Gemstones the product should be in the sealed condition. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s original condition and then issue either a refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
A total of 20% transaction charges are deducted as per the receipt of your order. And your money will be refunded within 3 working days.
Gemstone once studded in the ring or any other jewelry will not be applicable for Replacement OR Refund.
As all gems are natural so there is no lifetime exchange or returns and refunds
IMPORTANT
In case of damaged or broken orders, please inform us within 24 hours after you have received your order. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/refunds. If you inform us post 24 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you as per the product warranty.
Mehrban Marriage Bureau Policies
In case anyone requirement couldn’t by fulfilled then he / she can claim amount of registration fees. A total of 20% transaction charges will be deducted as per the receipt of your registration. And your money will be refunded within 3 working days.
Please feel free to email/call us to inform and send the product back. Store Credits once issued will not be converted into online/cheque refunds also can be transferred in mobile account.
